Hey teach, let’s explore the sea! SeaWorld Orlando thanks teachers by offering a “Study Pass” to all active and certified K-12 grade school instructors. The free 2011 Fun Card allows unlimited admission to SeaWorld Orlando now through year’s end, with no blackout dates. That’s right, we said FREE.
SeaWorld believes in the importance of a strong education foundation for our youth and they want to thank teachers for their years of devotion and passion. The study pass is intended to inspire you for awesome classroom materials including aquatic exploration, environmental issues, physics and let’s not forget the study of gravity when riding Manta!
It’s super easy to get. Just bring your Florida teaching certificate, recent pay stub and photo ID to any ticket window at SeaWorld Orlando’s front gate. Right then and there you’ll get your Fun Card and you’re off for a little recess of your own!
Wanna take your family on a field trip? Until May 31, teachers can use their study pass for up to six additional park tickets and get $20 off each admission.
Whether you’re an official teacher or a parent with a passion for continuous education, SeaWorld Parks offers additional teaching tools through one of the largest and most-used animal databases on the Internet. SeaWorld.org features more than 4,000 pages of zoological, ecological and conservation-minded material, including species reference sources, classroom curriculum, conservation project calls-to-action, career information and environmentally focused family activities. If you’re looking for activities for the kids this Spring Break, check it out.
