If I could I would have given them ZERO stars in everything but cleanliness. I went to the Hunter’s Creek location because I was having an Acute Asthma attack. The time was around 7:45pm, they close at 8:00pm. I was seen right away and give a steroid shot and a nebulizer treatment. Unfortunately, neither helped. I was given an epinephrine shot next. Still no improvement. The Dr. could not decide to call 911 so he said to my fiance that we should drive ourselves to the ER. I barely made it to the car when WE decided to call 911. The staff could see that I was in distress but they found it more important to get home and COMPLETELY ignored us. My fiance was on the phone with 911 trying to get the address of the center banging on the front door hoping the staff would help. They continued to close shop so that they could get home since it was around 8:15. The EMT’s arrived and immediately went to work. In the background I saw the Dr. drive away as they were saving my life, literally. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.
